Lionel spent the first part of his professional life as a neurobiologist and then as a Development and Information systems manager in an international environment.

Since 1993 he has been an HR consultant where he became an expert in audit, assessment and development. He was a consulting professor in the Research and Educational Methods Unit at the Lyon Management School from 1996 to 2008 and took part in many Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Change Management programs.

In 2008, he launched the product distribution project of Talent Q International.
