HR Consultant – Work Psychologist

My job is to provide my consulting experience during the conceptual phase. As a continuation of my studies, my concern is to bridge the worlds of theory and practice, concepts and real-life terrain.

At the crossroads of consultancy and product development, Caroline is an HR consultant and a Work Psychologist.
At first, she managed the questionnaire platform and user support, then she turned to consultancy and was trained to work on the questionnaire results and personality tests.
Since her arrival at E&T, she has also offered her skills and knowledge regarding Product Development.
